Return Policy
1. Orders placed on shop.biolife.megawecare.com cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.
2. While the BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn. Bhd. follows a strict quality control procedure; all items sold in shop.biolife.megawecare.com are non-returnable or non-refundable.
3. Only damaged and wrongly delivered items will be accepted.
4. Customer is required to report the damaged or wrong delivered items within 24 hours upon receipt.
5. Photo of the items and receipt should be emailed to health@biolife.com.my
6. Once verified, BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn. Bhd. will contact customer on return procedure.
7. The customer will receive a delivery notice of the replacement item within the 7 working days.
8. Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and all gifts that came along with the purchase must also be returned unopened.
9. Please note that the exchange refers to purchase made at shop.biolife.megawecare.com ONLY and exchange of online purchases cannot be done at any store of BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn. Bhd retail partners.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders placed after 2.00pm will be considered next business day order.
Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery to West Malaysia; 5 - 8 business days for delivery to East Malaysia. Delivery schedule may vary during online sales period.
Shipment Tracking
You may sign in to view your order status and purchase history in your account OR you can reach out to us for status updates via email health@biolife.com.my (Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm). Alternatively, customers can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.
Changes In Delivery Details
For security and fraud prevention purpose, we do not allow change of address once an order is confirmed and captured. Kindly cancel the order before the order is processed and proceed to make a new order.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, we will delivery for second attempt. If both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt), the order will be cancelled.
BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn. Bhd. ships all orders from Selangor. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.
